Comparison View Points-Broadways
Okay, I know 2 MAJOR FAMOUS BROADWAY COMPOSERS/THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THEM UP. Who are they?
Andrew Lloyd Webber, creator of Phantom, Cats, and Evita.
Claude Michael-Schoeberg, creator of Les Miserables, and, Miss Saigon
So, I decided to do a little comparing in my perspectives of these two FAMOUS composers.
Marvelous, the Lord Webber, is. I see why Phantom is still on broadway. Andrew has this very "dramatic" view of things, if you think about it. I mean, Phantom is one of the most EXPENSIVE broadways there is. And, it has very small details that can make the whole play go wrong. For example, the chandelir, if not the right one, the entire play WON'T make sense. Or, for "Cats", where you can see the costumes are very theatrical (see photos below…
